Patients may choose to receive transactional SMS communications from Allied Infusion Services. During patient registration or intake, clinic staff obtain the patient’s verbal consent before enabling SMS notifications in our system.
If you consent to receive SMS communications, you may receive:
- Once your patient ID has been registered.
- Prescription, infusion treatment, and account notifications.
- Appointment reminders and scheduling updates.
