1.SMS Communications

Patients may choose to receive transactional SMS communications from Allied Infusion Services. During patient registration or intake, clinic staff obtain the patient’s verbal consent before enabling SMS notifications in our system.
If you consent to receive SMS communications, you may receive:

  • Once your patient ID has been registered.
  • Prescription, infusion treatment, and account notifications.
  • Appointment reminders and scheduling updates.

Message frequency varies depending on your treatment and appointments. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. For assistance, reply HELP or contact us at 713-222-2364.
